Step 1 — Unbox & inspect Carefully remove the sign from packaging. Inspect for damage (cracks, loose wiring). If damaged, contact seller before installing. Locate power adapter, remote, and mounting hardware. Step 2 — Test the sign before mounting Plug the adapter/USB into the sign and then into a power outlet. Turn it on using the inline switch or remote. Cycle through colors/modes to confirm lights, remote, and brightness work. If it doesn’t light, check connections and the adapter; try another outlet. Step 3 — Mark the mounting position Hold the sign where you want it and use a pencil to mark the top mounting holes or hanging points. Use a level so the sign sits straight. If using hooks or screws, mark those exact points. Step 4 — Install wall fixings For drywall: use appropriate wall anchors or toggle bolts for the sign’s weight. For masonry: drill pilot holes and insert masonry plugs. Screw in hooks/screws, leaving the head slightly protruding so the sign can hang securely. Step 5 — Hang the sign Lift the sign and align the hanging points with the installed screws/hooks. Gently lower it until it sits securely. Check it is level and stable. Hide or route the power cable neatly along the wall — use cable clips if needed. Step 6 — Power, settings & use Plug the adapter into the wall. Use a surge protector if possible. Use the remote or inline controller to: Turn on/off Change colors/modes (solid, flash, fade, strobe) Adjust brightness and speed (if supported) For app-controlled signs: download the specified app (follow the instruction card), pair via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi and use the app to set schedules or custom colors. Step 7 — Daily use & tips Turn off when not needed to save power and prolong life. Avoid leaving it covered or touching the neon surface while powered. For pooja use: keep incense/smoke at a safe distance to avoid residue on the sign. Cleaning & maintenance Always unplug before cleaning. Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn dust use a slightly damp cloth — never spray water directly. Check connections occasionally and tighten any loose hanging hardware. Safety & important notes Not waterproof — do not install outdoors or in moist areas unless the sign is rated IP65/IP66. Keep away from heat sources and open flames.
